Annica Collombin of Calgary may now bring the water skiing sport into Olympic Games status as she won the opportunity to present water skiing sport to the Canadian Olympic Committee. She also won a trip for two to attend the Vancouver Olympic Winter Games in 2010.

The result of the contest is indeed overwhelming as water skiing sport obtained a whopping 30,000 votes. Take note that this is only gathered online and just imagine that it could even go way higher if water skiers who do not have access in the Internet also voted. This only implies that there are thousands of people who agree that water skiing should be included in Olympic Games.
