Water Skiing With Poor Eyesight

— March 15, 2007

Water Skiing is one great sport that can be engaged even by handicapped, blind person, or even those with poor eyesight. And more often than not, people who wear glasses are hesitant to try water skiing because of their vision problem. But there are actually many ways to break off from this problem. What ever your vision is, you can still enjoy water skiing to the fullest if you wear contact lenses or prescription goggles.

I wear contact lenses and I use the disposable ones because disposables are more convenient and very affordable. Wearing contact lenses over my usual goggles allow me to enjoy swimming, boating and jet skiing just like the people with perfect eyesight. I also have friends who wear prescription goggles and so I bet you could use this also as an alternative to wearing your daily eyeglasses while you are water skiing. Read on here for more suggestions on how you can enjoy water skiing even if you do not have a clear vision.
