The 2008 IWSF Wakeboard World Championships In The Philippines

The Philippine Water Ski and Wakeboard Federation will host the 2008 IWSF Wakeboard World Championships for the first time. The world championship will be held at the world class Camarines Sur Water Sports Complex. This is a six-hectare water ski resort situated in a breath taking and awesome Isarog Mountain.

The said venue for 2008 wakeboard championship that will be participated by skiers from all over Europe, United States and Asia is also equipped with the unique six-point cable ski system that can be only found in the Philippines.

Skiers, his team and even the foreign guest spectators will definitely delighted as this water ski resort is filled with many other recreational facilities to spend time in-between tournaments. This ski resort was also accredited by both the IWSF and the World Wakeboard Council.

The President of IWSF, Kuno Ritschard himself appreciated the location of the 2008 IWSF Wakeboard World Championships because of its world-class facilities. He was also grateful for the enthusiasm and effort of the PWWF to host the said event.
