The Tampa Bay Show Ski Team of Florida is hailed as the champion of the National Show Ski Association’s 2007 Southern Regional Show Ski Championships which was held last June 24, 2007. Tampa Team defeated the Sarasota Ski-A-Rees by exceeding them by 340 points.

The Tampa Bay Show Ski Team performed a ballet line with Justice League theme under “Wonder Woman” costumes. On the other hand, the Sarasota Ski-A-Rees has won the team jumping; Elizabeth Waits of Titus won 360 open swivel while Andrew Proses and Lindsey Schmitt of Tampa won doubles.

Andrew Proses also earned the Lynn Novakofski Award as the top male skier and Ariel Sandretto of Montgomery received the Betty Bonifay Award as the top female skier. To view the amazing water skiing stunts and performances of the Tampa Show Ski Team, please click here.
