Aside from the standard water skiing tournament or championship and water ski race, there is also known as Show Ski. Show Ski is always presented by group in entertaining and amazing ways. This kind of water skiing competition usually involves music, dancing, jumping and even acrobats and multiple boats. It’s just like a ballet dance presentation wherein the performers are all skilled and trained skiers.

During the ski show, each team are given one hour to present their performance. The teams are judged according to difficulty of movements, flow of presentation, crowd appeal, music used, boat driving and overall showmanship. In show ski, the skiers exhibits different tricks, barefooting and wakeboarding movements and frequently form a pyramid to create magnificent presentation.
