On November 29, 2008, water ski racers from Italy will celebrate their 40th year of racing! Prominent water ski racers from Italy will hold a reunion to celebrate this special milestone. The said event will be at the Centro Nautico Garlate and the special dinner will take place in Hotel Nuovo at Garlate.

This reunion is not only for Italian water ski racers because water ski racers across the globe are all invited to participate in this one-of-a-kind celebration. The reunion aims to see the water ski racing  personalities that had not been seen for many years and also to rediscover Giro Di Lario as it moves back onto the international water ski racing stage.
