British Water Ski Announces Ski Safe for Children

The British Water Ski Organization recently announced the launching of Ski Safe, a set of policy and procedures about Child Protection in water ski sports. The Ski Safe policy is the British Water Ski’s initiative to promote safe water skiing for all children in compliance to the requirements of NSPCC Child Protection in Sport Unit.

This policy about safe water skiing for children is also the assurance of the British Water Ski Organization to its commitment to provide good practice and positive experience to all young individuals that are involved in water ski sports. This will also give more assurance for parents and guardian with children that is into water skiing.

The organization will disseminate printed copies of Child Protection Policy and Procedures to all its allied ski clubs, ski schools, trainers and coaches, committee members and officials. Aside from this the full version of this policy can be easily access and downloaded at the British Water Ski website.
