Big Dawg Slalom Series Are Back This Year
The Ski Nautique Big Dawg Slalom Series which are known for its intensive and heart pounding slalom competition are back this year. This tournament is open for skiers 35 years old and above who do not belong in the top 10 pro tournament in the past three years.
The first 2007 Ski Nautique Big Dawg qualifier will be held on June 23-24 at the Austin Aquaplex, in Austin, Texas. The second stop is set on July 14-15 at Silver Spray Sports’ Lake Jepawhit in Gaines, Michigan. The third stop is on August 11-12 at Shortline Lake in Elk Grove, California while the fourth qualifying event is set on September 8-9, 2007 at Skyview Lake in Harmony, N.C.
Please note that each qualifying event is limited to the first 50 qualified paid skiers. Cash prize for the qualifying event is $3,000. All the top-eight finishers from each qualifying event will move on to the finals in Orlando on September 29-30, 2007. The prize that waits in the final is $12,000. Water skiing enthusiasts that can not make it on the championship can catch the action via live Web cast.
The 2007 title sponsor of Ski Nautique Big Dawg Slalom Series is the Correct Craft, Inc. Gold sponsors of the slalom series are PCM and PerfectPass while Silver sponsors are HO Skis, GOODE Ski Technologies, Mapple Skis, Connelly Skis, O’Brien, Skylon Audio, Ram-lin trailers and D3 Custom Skis.
